Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) She was regarded as one of the top athletes in sports. Biles was the first female gymnast from America in history to have won four gold medals during one Games. At Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to ever win consecutive World All-Around titles. Biles was raised at home in Spring Texas, in the Houston metro area. She and her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone began to take an interest in gymnastics when she was just six in a day-care field excursion at Bannon's Gymnastix and remained there for 11 years under supervision of coach Aimee Boorman. Biles won a gold in floor exercises and also a bronze in vault during the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010. She then stepped into the top level of gymnastics in the year 2011. The following year Biles was the king of the field. Biles stood out by her consistent performance, her enthusiastic attitude as well as the amount of difficulty that she included throughout each competition--vault bar, uneven bars as well as balance beams and ground exercises.
